Why uPVC?

'Unplasticized Polyvinylchloride' (u.P.V.C) is used extensively throughout the world in the building industry to manufacture such items as water pipes, drain pipes, gutters and electrical conduits to name but a few, and is also used to extrude window and door frames. Its rigid and durable qualities make uPVC an ideal material for this application. Our Winsulite™ products are weather resistant, durable and easy to maintain  

The special material for Rehau uPVC and Euro Aluminium was developed for external applications and is ideally suited for the production of window and door profiles.


Resistant to atmospheric pollution, concentrated and diluted acids, alkalis and fatty acids, 'Winsulite' uPVC and Aluminium profiles are highly durable, designed to meet the highest climatic requirements and satisfy the demands set by modern living standards.


For countries with hotter climates a special uPVC formulation was developed with even higher levels of UV-resistance, up to 180kcal/cm/year, to ensure that our window profiles stay white. Our profiles have been extensively tested and proven in practice.


Wind and Weather Resistant Profiles: Technology which protects

The qualities of a profile depend on the combination of its material properties and its design. Thanks to a specially developed formulation of Winsulite profiles they offer outstanding resistance to wind, weather, UV-rays, water and salt. The profile design ensures high stability and the high quality sealing systems offer excellent sound and heat insulation.
